Ingredients
- 2-3 # roast
- 1 c ketchup
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c onion
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1 T butter
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 drop Tabasco
Preparation
Step 1
cook and shred roast
Bring sauce ingredients to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Layer meat and sauce, cook 1 hr more.
