Beef on a Bun 2

Ingredients

• 2-3 # roast
• 1 c ketchup
• 1 c water
• 1/2 c onion
• 1/4 c brown sugar
• 1/4 c vinegar
• 1 T butter
• 1 T Worcestershire sauce
• 1 t salt
• 1/4 t pepper
• 1 drop Tabasco

Preparation

Step 1

cook and shred roast

Bring sauce ingredients to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Layer meat and sauce, cook 1 hr more.
