HEALTHY SUPERMOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

  • 1 – 1 lb. 2.25 oz Betty Crocker Supermoist chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 zucchini, finely grated (about 3 cups)
  • 5 large egg whites
  • ¾ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups applesauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bottom of a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat on low with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl often. Pour into cake pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool. Top with low-fat whipped cream mixed with a few drops of vanilla extract. Dust with cocoa powder.
