Sicilian Grill Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t oregano
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 2 lbs. swordfish

Preparation

Step 1

Put salt in small bowl. Add lemon juice & beat til salt has dissolved. Mix in oregano. Trickle in oil, beating to blend. Stir in several grindings of pepper. Grill swordfish. Transfer to platter. Prick each steak in several places with fork. Pour salmoriglio mixture over fish, spreading evenly. Serve.
