Ingredients
- 1 pkg Dad's Oatmeal Cookies (20 cookies)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup whipping cream- whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Roll cookies until finely crushed. Spray 8" x 11" Pyrex dish with Pam or butter. Spread crunbs in bottom of dish.
Beat butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well until thick cream. Spread over crumbs. Whip cream until real thick and fold into pineapple. Spread over egg mixture. Cover with remaining crumbs and chill.
Serves 10 - 12 people.
