Ingredients
- 1 ripe Mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 C chopped plum tomatoes
- 1/2 C chopped red bell peppers
- 1/2 C chopped purple onion
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tsp minced Jalapeno pepper
- 1 Tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C fresh lime juice
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1/2 Tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 Tsp salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
