Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 T. chopped parsley
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 1 T. chopped oregano
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled & seeded
- 1/2 cup small shell-shaped pasta
- 2 cans condensed beef broth
- grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Chop tomatoes. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except for pasta and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until vegetables are tender. Turn on high. Add pasta. Cover and cook on high 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
