Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin - Crock Pot

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together: sage, salt, pepper and garlic then rub over tenderloin.
Place 1/2 cup water in slow cooker and put in tenderloin.
Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.
1 hour before roast done, mix remaining ingredients in small sauce pan. On medium heat, stir until thickens - about 4 minutes.
Brush roast 2-3 times during last hour of cooking.
For Carmelized crust, remove from crockpot and place on aluminum foil-lined sheet pan. Glaze and set under broiler for 1-2 minutes. Repeat 2-3 times more until desired crust is achieved.
