Ingredients
- Streusel Topping:
- 2 packages (16 oz) pound cake mix
- 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine cake mixes, spice and baking soda in a large bowl.
3. Add water, pumpkin, eggs; beat well. Spread half of batter in greased 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with half of streusel topping. Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel layer; sprinkle remaining streusel topping over batter.
4. Bake 50 minutes until done.
