Ingredients
- Fot 40 Rounds You Will:
- 3/4 Cup Butter OR mARGARINE
- 3 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 11/2 to 13/4 Cups ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- DASH SALT
- 1 - TBSP.POPPY SEED OR 2 TSB.Paprika
- Paprika or poppy seeds.for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter in food processor or mixer
until light & fluffy.
Add cheese,flour,salt,paprika or poppy seed.form to a dough.
Chill dough for about 2 hours.
Shape dough into small even balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet sprinkle with some extra paprika or poppy seed,
Bake balls at 400 degree for about 10 minutes or until just baked through,The rounds should never get browned
Cool on the cookie sheet remove carefully
Store in airtight containers until ready to serve
When serving;reheat for a few minutes at 400 degree until slightly warm
