Ingredients

  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 c nuts, chopped
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 tall can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 # semi sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 block parafin

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients with hands until well combined and smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from fridge and form small balls. Return to refrigerator while mixing chocolate and parafin. Using a toothpick, dip mound into chocolate and place on wax paper. Chill.
