Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs green beans
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp of ONE of the following fresh herbs
- Rosemary, oregano or thyme
- 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Wash beans and discard stems
3. Toss beans with oil in plastic bag
4. Arrange on baking sheet
5. Sprinkle beans with chopped garlic, herb of choice and salt and pepper
6. Roast, stirring occasionally for 20-25 minutes
