Sugar Coated Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 lb of pecans
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 egg white
• 1 tablespoon of water

Preparation

Step 1

In a snall bowl mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon

- In another bowl mix egg white and water till it gets frothy....

- In a large bowl mix pecans and egg mixture till pecans are all wet. Then mix in your sugar & cinnamon mixture... Keep mixing till all the pecans are coated. Place pecans on a cookie sheet and spread out. Bake for 45 minutes at 275 degrees. Make sure to mix pecans every 15 minutes. Cool on wax paper and keep in a tight sealed container....
