Lemon-Caper Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 ounces sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped, drained capers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and cream together using a rubber spatula or heavy wooden spoon. Spoon into a decorative bowl and serve immediately.
