    c. warm water

  • 2

    pkgs yeast

  • ½

    c sugar

  • 6

    c. flour

  • 2


  • c. oil

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • Soft margarine

  • Cinnamon and sugar


Preheat oven to 350. Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, and 2 c. flour. Let sit until bubbly (about 5 min.) Beat 2 min. with mixer. Add 1 c. flour, eggs, oil, and salt. Beat 1 more minute. Stir in 3 c. flour. Dough will be soft. Let sit 20 min in a warm place loosely covered with towel or plastic wrap. (You can spray top of dough to keep from sticking to towel or plastic wrap.) Punch dough down. Place on floured surface and roll into large rectangle. Spread with margarine, cinnamon, and sugar. Roll up and slice with thread or string. Place on greased pan and bake 15 min.
