Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 (4 oz.) packets saltine crackers crushed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 thin cut pork chops

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 deg.
2. In shallow bowl whisk egg and garlic powder and onion powder. Place crackers crumbs on separate plate. Heat oil in skill over medium high heat. Dip pork chops into egg, then press into cracker crumbs to coat. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 min. Per side till golden brown. Remove to a baking sheet.
3. Bake 45 min. In preheated oven turning once.
