Ingredients
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips
- 3/4 to 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
- 1/2 lb Spanish peanuts

Step 1
In top of double boiler, melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Put 1/2 mixture in pan and set in refrigerator.
In saucepan, melt butter, mil, and vanilla pudding. Cook just barely until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Mixture will be very thick.
Spread over chilled chocolate. Add Spanish peanuts to rest of chocolate mixture in double boiler and spread over filling. Chill several hours. Store in refrigerator.
