Ingredients

  • Streusel:
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp Margarine or Butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 5/8 cups Flour
  • 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 1/4 Tbsp Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs and milk with margarine and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

Put into greased 17 x 13" sheet cakepan and place apple slices on top.

Cover with streusel.

Bake at 350° for 45 min. Remove from oven. Cool.

Slice into squares.
