Ingredients
- 1-2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup bowtie pasta
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. mayonaise
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken breasts and set aside to cool. Reserve broth.
Meanwhile cook the pasta (according to package directions) in chicken broth. Then cook corn a few minutes in chicken broth.
After chicken has cooled, shred into bite size pieces and put in a large dowl. Add cooked pasta and drained corn. Add remaining ingredients and gently mix until pasta is well coated.
