Ingredients

  • Fresh swordfish
  • Lemon juice
  • White wine
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • Grated lemon rind
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Marinate swordfish for 4 hours in lemon juice, white wine, soy sauce, garlic, grated lemon rind and black pepper
2. Dry fish, season with garlic salt, sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with olive oil
3. Grease baking sheet with olive oil and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes
4. If desired, broil to brown top
