Crockpot Turkey Breast

  • 4-6 lb turkey breast
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion
  • Salt & pepper


Servings 6


Step 1

1. Rinse turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
2. Put breast side down in crockpot
3. Chop onion coarsely. Put some inside cavity and some down sides of cooker
4. Place stick of butter on top and pour wine over butter
5. Cook on low 7-9 hours or high 4-6 hours
6. Remove and let sit 20 minutes
7. If desired, put in 375 degree oven or under boiler to crisp skin
