  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 114 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 112 cup white wine
  • 114 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ltalian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2112 pounds fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact ) lb
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 (16-ounce) package penne pasta, cooked i lZ t b -
  • 112 cup shredded ltalian blend cheese



Step 1

ln a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrgqms, onions, and qarlic. Cook until
the mushrooms are tender, stirring frequentty, about s minuted(S {f {" K"'{3#,r*i#,ffin j,ft::'
Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and simmer until slightly thickened, about 8 minutes.
Mix in the shrimp, stirring frequently, untilthe shrimp are pink and firm, about 3 minutes. Add the spinach
and cook for 1 minute.
ln a large serving bowl, combine the shrimp mi{ure and hot cooked pasta, tossing gently to coat.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
