Linguini and Clam Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 (6.5 oz) cans minced clams, drained with juice reserved or mince fresh clams
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring large pot lightly salted water to boil and cook pasta for 8-10 min. Drain and reserve
2. In small saucepan over medium heat warm oil, butter, reserved calm juice, garlic and parsley; stir and simmer 5 min.
3. Add clams, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over pasta and toss with Parmesan cheese.
