Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild rice cooked in chicken stock
  • 4 TBS Butter
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 small green pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper finely chopped
  • 4 oz fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 2 TBS chopped parsley

Step 1

In large skillet, melt butter. Add vegetables and sauté until soft. Toss vegetables with rice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper

Serves 6-8.
