Ingredients

  • 1

    cup wild rice cooked in chicken stock

  • 4

    TBS Butter

  • ¼

    tsp minced garlic

  • 1

    medium onion chopped

  • 1

    small green pepper finely chopped

  • ½

    red pepper finely chopped

  • 4

    oz fresh mushrooms sliced

  • 2

    TBS chopped parsley

Directions

In large skillet, melt butter. Add vegetables and sauté until soft. Toss vegetables with rice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper Serves 6-8.
