Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain or fruit-flavoured yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed fruit, fresh or frozen
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
In blender or tall cup using immersion blender combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses
