For thicker smoothie freeze banana until solid and use frozen fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain or fruit-flavoured yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

In blender or tall cup using immersion blender combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses
