Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 T. water
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 10-12 fresh snowpeas
  • 1 green onion finely sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer broth over medium high heat. In separate bowl, combine water and cornstarch, then stir into broth. Bring to boil, remove from heat. Slowly pour egg in and gently stir with fork. Add snow peas and green onion. Let stand for 2 minutes.
