  • 1 18-1/4 oz yellow cake mix
  • 1 11-oz mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 20-oz unsweetened crushed pineapple juice, drained
  • 1 3.4-oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 12-oz frozen Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake as directed on package. Beat in oranges until blended. Pour into 2 greases and floured 9-in round pans. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
Combine pineapple and dry pudding mix; fold in Cool Whip. Spread between layers, top and sides of cake. Store in refrigerator.
