- 2 c Velveeta Cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 c Sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cn Spinach, well drained
- 3/4 c Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
