Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 8 slices white bread, cubed (1/4 inch), use a good country loaf.
- 1/2 t poultry seasoning
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t dried minced onion (Optional)
- 1/2 t poultry seasoning
- 2 egg
- 1/4 c milk
- This can be mixed together the night before baking.
- Sauce:
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 T catsup
- 4 t Worcestershire
- 12/3 C milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all meatball ingredients together and form into 12 meatballs; roughly golf ball sized. Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes in a 4 qt casserole dish.
Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs, bake an additional 30 minutes.
Serve with long grain & wild rice and peas.
