Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 8 slices white bread, cubed (1/4 inch), use a good country loaf.
  • 1/2 t poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t dried minced onion (Optional)
  • 1/2 t poultry seasoning
  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 c milk
  • This can be mixed together the night before baking.
  • Sauce:
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 T catsup
  • 4 t Worcestershire
  • 12/3 C milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all meatball ingredients together and form into 12 meatballs; roughly golf ball sized. Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes in a 4 qt casserole dish.

Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs, bake an additional 30 minutes.

Serve with long grain & wild rice and peas.
