Ribs and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • Spareribs.
  • Sauerkraut.
  • Dumplings.

Preparation

Step 1

Brown spareribs.
Cover with water and cook 1 hour.
Add sauerkraut and cook 45 minutes.
Add dumplings on top and cook uncovered 10 minutes, then covered 10 minutes.
