- 1 med zucchini
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 c. diced or grated cheese
- 1/2 c bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 onion (sliced thin)
- 1 can mushroom soup diluted with a little milk
Peel and slice squash thin.
Start with squash in casserole pan.
Add sliced tomatoes and onions.
Finish with tomato slices.
Sprinkle on cheese and bread or cracker crumbs.
Pour soup over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
