- 1/2 cup flour.
- salt.
- 1 tbsp. melted butter.
- 1 egg, beaten.
- 1/2 cup beer.
- 1 egg white (stiffly beaten).
- 2 lbs. fish.

Step 1
sift flout and salt.
add butter and egg.
add beer gradualy.
add beaten egg white.
stir until smooth.
let stand for 1 hour in a warm place.
dip fish in batter and fry in hot oil.
