Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 1 3/4 c shortening
- 2 t salt
- 1 T sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/2 c ice water

Step 1
Blend flour, shortening, salt and sugar with pastry blender until well mixed. Beat egg, vinegar, and water together. Add to flour mixture and stir with a fork until blended. Put on floured surface and knead a little until east to handle and not sticky.
