Appetizer - Serve on cracker and chips

Ingredients

• 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
• 1 container of cherry tomatoes, cut in half or thirds
• 1/4 red onion, chopped
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 Tbsp. cilantro
• 1 Tbsp. oregano
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 4 oz Feta Cheese; reg or garlic herb (I use goat cheese)
• Lime juice, small splash

Preparation

Mix all together and serve with cracker or chips.
