Ingredients

• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tablespoon margarine
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup wheat bran Millers bran
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1/4 cup flax seed
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/3 cup raw unsaled sunflower seeds
• 2 teaspoons yeast

Step 1

Put all ingredients into bread machine. Run on medium.
