Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery
- 4 lb. hen cooked, boned and cubed.
- Reserve the broth.
- 1 box spaghetti
- 1 small jar diced pimentos
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- dash worchester
- grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil box of spaghetti in reserved broth. Drain and reserve broth. Mix with spaghetti, 1 small jar pimentos, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, dash worchester. Mix with reserved broth.
When ready to cook, mix in 1 tbsp. sherry (optional). Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with grated cheese and run in oven again.
