Ingredients
- chopped garlic
- olive oil
- few shakes of oregano.
- dozen or more whole clams
- various seafoods. Mussels, calamari, white fish etc.
- 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Heat some chopped garlic in olive oil. A few shakes of oregano. Put whole clams in and steam them until they open. You can add various seafoods. Mussels, calamari, white fish etc. If you use white fish, (tilapia, flounder, cod etc.) put that in towards the end just until cooked so it doesn’t fall apart. Add the seafood and cook with the clams. Add a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes or puree or fresh tomatoes chopped up. If too thick add some water. Cook down until tomatoes are cooked. Add in the white fish and cook until fish is done. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour over your favorite pasta.
