Spiced Cranberry Custard

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 (1pound) can strained cranberry sauce

Step 1

Beat eggs, add milk then spices. Continue to beat; add cranberry sauce and beat until completely broken up. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish and bake in 350º oven 1 1/2 hours.
