Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast or cut-up chicken parts
- 1 (8 oz) bottle low-calorie Italian dressing
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 3 tbs Parmesan cheese
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together Italian dressing, soy sauce and parmesan cheese in a baking dish. Use enough to marinade and back chicken in and marinate overnight.
Bake covered, at 350 degrees for about one hour. About 1/2 hour into baking, turn chicken, recover and continue to bake, last 5 minutes or so, remove foil, sprinkle chicken with paprika for color.
