Bananas Foster Crunch Mix

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp banana extract
• 1/2 tsp rum extract
• 3 cups honey nut chex cereal
• 3 cups cinnamon chex
• 2 cups pecan halves
• 1 1/2 cups dried banana chips

Preparation

Step 1

microwave butter and brown sugar on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Stir in cinnamon and extracts. Pour over mixture of cereals, pecans, and bananas, toss. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. cool on waxed paper
