Bailey's Irish Cream
- Drop of coconut extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 tin Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 cup rye
- 1 Tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- a little milk, rinse the tin out with it

Cooking time 5mins
Using a blender, combine coconut extract, eggs, condensed milk, rye, chocolate syrup and whipping cream and blend on medium for 2 minutes.
Add the milk and serve over ice.
