Ingredients
- 1 1 1 Green Pepper
- 1 1 1 Onion
- 2 2 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 2 2 lbs. Hamburger
- 1 1 1 lb. Mild Italian Sausage
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 1 1 1 Egg
- Parmesan Cheese
- Oregano
- 1 1 1 tsp. Cr. Red Peppers
- 15 15 15 oz. Tomato Sauce
- 12 12 12 oz. Tomato Paste
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 cans Water (tomato sauce can)
- 2 2 2 tblsp. Vinegar
- 1 1 1 can Mushrooms
- 1 1 3/4 14 water + 3/4 cup tomato paste = 14 oz. tomato sauce. Add a little sugar too.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute green pepper, onion and garlic.
2. Mix hamburger, Italian sausage, salt, pepper, paprika, egg and 2 tblsp. Parmesan Cheese & brown.
In big pot, add #1 and #2. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, cr. red peppers, water, mushrooms, vinegar, paprika and lots of Parmesan Cheese.
Simmer for a couple hours.
