Pineapple Lime Velvet Jello Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg cream cheese (soften and beat)
  • 2/3 c. crushed pineapple w/juice
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1


Add gelatin to boiling water to dissolve. Beat in cream cheese until it melts. Cool until slightly congealed before adding in pineapple and celery. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into 4 c. mold or baking dish. Chill until firm.

Serve on watercress and garnish with cherries.
