  • 3 LBS SPARE RIBS (CUT UP)
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 2/3 CUP VINEGAR
  • 1 CUP KETCHUP
  • 1 /2 TSP DRY MUSTARD
  • 2 CUPS CRUSHED PINEAPPLE

Preparation

Step 1

CUT PORK RIBS INTO BITE SIZE PIECES.

DRAIN PINEAPPLE. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT RIBS. PUT RIBS INTO OVEN-SAFE CASSEROLE DISH AND POUR MIXTURE OVER RIBS.

COVER AND COOK FOR 1.5 – 2 HRS AT 350F. SERVE OVER RICE.
