Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Alaskan Amber
- 4 Tbp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tea. cumin
- 1 tea. lemon pepper
- 2 lb. salmon or halibut
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except fish in small saucepot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, turn down to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool May be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to use.
Coat fish with glaze and grill or bake at 450 degrees, basting frequently for 5-7 minutes for salmon, 10-15 minutes for halibut, depending on thickness of fish.
