Orange Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 mandarin orange
• 1 c. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the ingredients together and beat until smooth.

Pour onto 9X13 pan

Bake at 350 degrees about 25 min or until prick to the batter comes out clean.

Topping:

1 pkg vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Let stand till thick

Add 8 oz cool whip.

Spread over the cake.
