PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE

Ingredients

● Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
● Melt butter and pour into 2 ungreased 8 or 9 inch round cake pans.
● Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan.
Arrange pineapple wedges on brown sugar.
● Prepare cake mix following package directions.
● Pour batter over fruit in pan.
● Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
● Cool 5 minutes in pan.

● To serve,invert onto serving plate.
