Fantasy Fudge

From Kraft Makes about 6 lbs.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups butter (3 cubes)
  • 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk (almost a whole 5 1/3 oz. can)
  • 2 12 ounce packages semi sweet chips
  • 1 large jar marshmallow cream (14oz)
  • 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 2 13 x 9 pans.

Melt butter in large pan.
Add sugar and evaporated milk. Combine and bring to boil.
Stir constantly and continue to boil over medium heat, until temperature reaches 234°, being careful not to scorch.
Remove from heat - stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into greased pan, and cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
