Chicken Baseballs

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked chicken
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 T. milk
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 can crescent rolls, reduced fat

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except rolls. Make a rectangle of the rolls using 2 rolls for each baseball. Place ¼ of the mixture in the middle of each rectangle. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

NOTE: Try cooked beef, turkey, crabmeat or tuna.
